1What data we collect
From the contact and grant application forms: company name, IDNO, the contact person's name, phone number, e-mail address, field of activity, district and the grant program you are interested in. Automatically: IP address, browser type and the advertising campaign that brought you to the site.
2Why we use it
Only to answer your request: to contact you, check your company's eligibility for the grant and prepare the application together. We do not sell your data and do not use it for other purposes without your consent.
3Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, in accordance with Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data of the Republic of Moldova.
4Who has access
Only our team and, where the application requires it, the institution that runs the grant program. The data is kept on secured servers.
5How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request, but no longer than 3 years after our last contact. After that the data is deleted.
6Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your data and may withdraw your consent at any time — write to us at the address below and we will answer within 15 working days.
